Bashkiria shared 3rd place in investment rating with large regions

The head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, called the republic’s entry into the Top 3 of the national rating of the state of the investment climate in the regions of Russia a significant achievement. The annual ranking results were announced at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

“The key business and political event of the past week in Russia was the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The most important coordinate system for us, which allows us to see our effectiveness or ineffectiveness, of course, is participation in the national rating of the state of the investment climate in the regions of Russia. This is the most important indicator for us. We have been steadily moving up all these years; we were among the top three this year. This is good work together. It is confirmed by figures that money comes to us in the form of investments,” Radiy Khabirov emphasized today at an operational meeting of the government of Bashkiria.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, at the end of 2023, Bashkiria and the Moscow and Tyumen regions took third place, improving its indicator by one position. Moscow took first place in the ranking, while the Nizhny Novgorod region and Tatarstan shared second place.
