Maternity payments will be 794 thousand rubles in 2025
Russia expects another increase in the maximum amount of maternity payments in 2025. This was announced by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, Anton Kotyakov, at an extended meeting of the department’s board.
It is planned that by 2025, maternity benefits for working women will increase from 565 thousand to 794 thousand rubles in 140 days. The monthly allowance for child care up to 1.5 years will reach 69 thousand rubles, rising from 49 thousand rubles.
Let us remind you that the amount of payments on parental leave is determined at the time of registration of such leave and remains throughout the entire appointment period.
It was reported that the lump sum benefit for a child's birth in Bashkiria amounted to 28.3 thousand rubles.
