The government of Bashkiria has approved rules for tourists, including in specially protected natural areas of republican significance. The corresponding resolution was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov.
According to the official document, the time, terms, and conditions of visiting places and routes specially equipped for tourism should be determined, considering the weather, the area's landscape, the uniform distribution of recreational load, and other factors.
Transport and special equipment must be used safely without threatening the safety of biological diversity and individual ecosystems.
Video and photography should not disturb animals, affect nature, or interfere with the work of employees of specialized institutions. Recording from quadcopters and using spotlights, light screens, and other equipment is possible only in agreement with government departments and scientific organizations.
The resolution will come into force on September 1 and be valid until September 1, 2030.
“Bashkortostan has a wealth of natural potential, and preserving it is our priority. To preserve unique natural landscapes, effectively use recreational resources, and ensure the safety of tourism in specially protected natural areas of republican significance, we have developed rules for the organization and implementation of tourism. Features of visiting a specially protected natural area of republican significance are determined following the regime of their special protection,” commented the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of the region, Niyaz Fazylov.
