Head of Bashkiria instructed to launch all weight control points by May 19

At an operational meeting on May 6, the head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, instructed the restoration of order with weight and dimensional control points.

“As of May 19, seven checkpoints have completed the test and are operational. We have nine checkpoints, with the remaining two currently undergoing repairs. We plan to equip these two checkpoints with new sensors and launch them in early June, in collaboration with Rostelecom,” reported Alexander Klebanov, the head of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic.

Radiy Khabirov announced information from the Republican Control Department.

“Get things in order. Our number of weight control points is increasing. There is less money from fines. That is, they do not work. Weight control is in the south of the republic, and there are a lot of complaints about it. On May 19, report that all seven points are working. After the 19th, there are no transfers. The control department reports that we have 13 points that should work, but for several reasons, as of May 3, 11 weight control points were not working. Weight control points should work. We have already lost about 50 million rubles, which should have gone to the road fund. We are increasing the number of stations, but the money is decreasing. How come? I ask you to restore order,” the Head of the Republic emphasized.
