

Since starting the “Healthy Republic – Healthy Region” campaign this year, specialists have received 3,756 people and conducted 3,460 examinations, including 2,016 fluorographs and 1,444 mammograms.
According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic press service, 436 citizens had elevated blood glucose levels, 583 had elevated blood cholesterol levels, 737 had high blood pressure, and 672 were overweight.
Doctors have identified 281 socially significant diseases for the first time. 188 patients were diagnosed with diseases characterized by increased blood pressure, 28 were suspected of malignant neoplasms, 64 were diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, and one person had tuberculosis.
All citizens with suspected or identified socially significant diseases were sent for further examination to clarify the diagnosis at various republican institutions, and they were prescribed treatment.
