55 women will receive "Maternal Glory" medal in Bashkiria

By decree of the Head of Bashkiria, 55 women residents of the republic are awarded medals “Maternal Glory”. According to regional legislation, this award is given to women raising five or more children.

19 women on this list are residents of the Baymak region, traditionally characterized by large families. The list also includes residents from various parts of the republic.

The medal "Maternal Glory" has been established in Bashkiria since 1998. In 2014, the “Parental Valor” medal appeared in the republic.

The previous ceremony occurred in February when 50 women from 24 municipalities received the award.
