10 thousand vacancies will be offered at All-Russian Employment Fair in Ufa

The first of two stages of the All-Russian Employment Fair “Russian Work. Time of opportunity" will be held on April 12 in Ufa, at the Toratau Congress Hall. Events will also be held in another 60 settlements of Bashkortostan. More than a thousand employers have registered to participate, and together, they are ready to offer over 10,000 vacancies to applicants.

The All-Russian Employment Fair will bring together on one platform job seekers and those who want to change their place of work or field of activity: schoolchildren, students, and graduates who, with the help of specialists, will be able to design their career path; representatives of educational institutions and employers. Companies of the Republic of Bashkortostan will offer vacancies in various fields of activity: oil and gas production, construction, mechanical engineering, food and light industry, healthcare, service sectors, public catering, and others. Large corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, and individual entrepreneurs will offer job seekers work.

The regional stage of the fair will be combined with the annual festival of professions. The All-Russian employment fair in Ufa is called “ProfFest. Work of Russia. Time of opportunity,” the symbol of which this year was the marten. Visitors to the site will be treated to a flash mob of professions, professional tests, consultations on the “Bashkir Watch” project, career guidance and financial games, master classes, motivational lectures, and other activities.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that Bashkiria’s experience in holding a job fair was recognized as one of the most successful in the country.
