Head of Bashkortostan presented “Bashkir Longevity” project to Vladimir Putin

During a meeting with President Vladimir Putin, the head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, presented the republican project “Bashkir Longevity,” within the framework of which the republic's pensioners travel on preferential terms.

“We came up with the “Bashkir-Belarusian Longevity” program. We will reimburse the cost of tickets; we have specially organized direct flights from Ufa to Minsk for this purpose and have agreed with the airline. Accordingly, we compensate for the cost, and the veterans do the rest. These are mainly our pensioners, and they go there. There, a travel company prepares a program for them, and the conditions there are comfortable. This program went very well. And we started this program with “Bashkir Longevity” in general. We sent our veterans from Ufa to the south of the republic; from the villages of the south of the republic, we sent Ufa to see. And now this program is here. Development is going very well. We believe this is one of our most important partners now,” noted Radiy Khabirov.
