Owner's Day starts in Russia in April

Every year in the second quarter, general meetings of owners of apartment buildings are held in Russia. Various issues were brought up at the meeting, including the consideration of a report on the management of the house, which most management organizations must provide to the owners by the end of the first quarter.

From April 13 to June 13, 2024, the Owner Day project is being held in all regions of the Russian Federation. During this period, the participating management organizations will hold house-wide meetings of owners voting absentia using the GIS Housing and Communal Services. Owners can familiarize themselves with the agenda, study the materials, and vote on the “Gosuslugi.Dom” application or the personal account of the GIS Housing and Communal Services at a convenient time.

Owners of apartment buildings in which management organizations will conduct electronic voting as part of Owner's Day will receive a letter from State Services. This way, they will not miss the start of voting and can download the “Gosuslugi.Dom” application if they have not already done so. By downloading the application, the owner of the building where the voting is taking place will be able to familiarize himself with the agenda and attached materials and, on the meeting dates, vote for the chosen decision. The duration of the meeting can range from 7 to 60 days. The system will count votes automatically based on the data posted about the owners and area of the premises. The user will also be able to see the voting results in the “Gosuslugi.Dom” application or the personal account of the GIS Housing and Communal Services. The minutes of the last meeting will also be sent to the owners of the State Services mailing list.

Previously, Bashinform News Agency reported that 150 thousand villagers in Bashkiria can access government services at the post office.
