The Head of Bashkiria shared his favorite quote from Mikhail Bulgakov's novel The Master and Margarita in an interview with BST.
“A few years ago, my wife bought a cake and wrote on it: “No matter what pessimists say, the earth is still absolutely beautiful, and it is especially unique in the moonlight.” It seems to me that this is a hymn to something so bright and life-affirming,” Radiy Khabirov noted.
