More than 16 thousand apartments were issued under “Family Mortgage” in Bashkiria in 2023

In Bashkiria in 2023, 16,692 loans worth 70.5 billion rubles were issued under the Family Mortgage program. The republic ranks eighth in Russia regarding issuance volume and second in the Volga Federal District. The National Bank of Bashkiria reports this.

The Family Mortgage program has been in effect since 2019. During this time, 26,690 large families worth 11.9 billion rubles (third place in Russia and first place in the Volga Federal District) received subsidies in Bashkiria. The program expires in July 2024.

Let us recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his address to the Federal Assembly, paid particular attention to state support for families in terms of improving living conditions. The Bashinform News Agency reported that the head of state announced the extension of the family mortgage until 2030.

“The family mortgage program is valid until July of this year. I propose to extend it until 2030, maintaining the main basic parameters. Particular attention should be paid to families with children under six years of age inclusive; for them, the preferential loan rate will remain the same - six percent,” said Vladimir Putin.

Let us add that last year, 8,440 large families in Bashkiria received 450 thousand ruble subsidies to pay off mortgage debt totaling 3.8 billion rubles (3rd place in Russia and 1st place in the Volga Federal District), which is 21% more number of families and by 21.1% in amount than in 2022.
