“Bashkir Longevity” project presentation will take place in Moscow

At the exhibition forum “Russia,” the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Bashkiria will present the project “Bashkir Longevity” to visitors.

Although the program is prepared mainly for people of the “silver age,” it will be interesting and valuable for all ages. It will test a set of exercises specially selected for older citizens, various master classes introducing the unique applied culture of the republic, and special classes for children recommended by psychologists and speech therapists.

Throughout the day, visitors will be invited to collect a map of Russia and the Republic of Bashkortostan. An exciting activity will help you visualize the territorial division of the entire country, introduce you to the geography of many regions, and help you compare their sizes and shapes.

Guests of the pavilion will also continue to knit the Russian family scarf. This action began on March 1, when the Bashkortostan Family Week started. Let us remind you that all visitors were invited to join and knit several rows in any pattern and method on both sides. The length of the scarf increased every day. The length of this incredible accessory will be measured on March 7.

The “Bashkir Longevity” project was launched in October 2020 on the initiative of the head of the republic. It is a set of measures aimed at maintaining health, creating an active, healthy, and positive lifestyle, and maintaining involvement in the social and helpful life of representatives of the “silver age.”
