Main venues for Ufa 450th anniversary celebration have been announced

The mayor of Ufa, Ratmir Mavliev, announced the main sites where the solemn celebrations of the city's 450th anniversary will take place.

They will be the City Council, the Vatan ethnopark, and the Ufa Arena, where official events with the participation of guests will take place. As Ratmir Mavliev recalled, it is planned to celebrate the anniversary of Ufa on August 31.

“Our residents are already receiving gifts for the holiday. We opened the updated Bashkir State Puppet Theater, a new Sports Training Center in memory of Ulfat Mustafin, and an indoor football arena with an area of 6.5 thousand square meters. In 2023, more roads were built than repaired, and more than 70 km of sidewalks appeared. The long-awaited Zininsky overpass was opened. Almost 45 thousand outdated lamps were replaced with modern ones. As part of the regional project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment,” the Aksakov Garden and Albanov Square were landscaped. We renovated the Neftekhimiki Culture and Recreation Park and the area near Lake Teploe. The unique project “Ufa Necklace” and the environmental campaign “Green Bashkiria” continue their development,” he said.
