Funding for overhaul from Bashkiria's budget will increase by 34% in 2024

In 2024, state support funds were allocated from Bashkiria's budget for apartment building overhaul for 702 million rubles, which is 178 million or 34% more than the previous year. The Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic, Irina Golovanova, announced this at an operational meeting of the government of Bashkiria.

272 million rubles from state support funds were allocated to replace elevators that have expired their standard service life. This year, on behalf of the Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov, we increased the budget funding for repairing roofs of low-rise apartment buildings to 430 million rubles. It covers all municipalities of the republic; this year, the roofs of 127 houses will be additionally repaired, almost 4 times more than was repaired annually in previous years.

Roof repairs should be completed in November of this year, and seasonal work on facades and heating systems overhaul is planned to be completed before the heating season and other types by the end of the year. In 2024, it is planned to carry out 792 types of repairs in 727 apartment buildings for a total of 5.5 billion rubles. Living conditions will improve for more than 111 thousand citizens.
