Bashkiria - “Strong Ideas for New Times” forum record-holder

The head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, commented on the record number of ideas submitted from the republic to the forum “Strong Ideas for New Times” in 2024. More than 3.7 thousand ideas were sent from the region in various directions.

In 2024, more than 30 thousand initiatives were received from regions at the V Forum of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and the Roscongress Foundation “Strong Ideas for New Times” in Moscow. Russians offered solutions to improve the quality of life and social services, economic development, ecology, education, and new technologies.

Thus, the most ideas were received in “Quality of Life of the Population” - 8,654 projects. In conditional second place is the direction “Effective work and education” (5,744 projects), and in third place is “Space for life” (4,692). This is followed by the directions “Economic and Entrepreneurship Development” - 3,907 ideas, “Technological Development” - 3,150, “Effective State” - 2,693, and “Data Economy and Digital Solutions” - 1,891 initiatives.

Among the regions, Bashkortostan is the leader in the number of ideas submitted - 3,707 projects. It is followed by Moscow (3,256 projects) and the Nizhny Novgorod region (2,890). The most proactive regions also included Samara, Saratov, Rostov, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Krasnodar, and Irkutsk.

In addition, the republic actively participates in presidential grants.

Regarding coverage of the forum “Strong Ideas for New Times,” Bashkortostan ranks second after Moscow.

Of the 3,700 initiatives submitted by the republic to the 2024 forum, seven areas can be distinguished. The key ones are ecology, a comfortable living environment, and labor productivity. It is for them that “the studies are of higher quality,” noted Radiy Khabirov.

Answering the question about what projects and ideas are exciting to him personally, Radiy Khabirov spoke about the cyber-physical platform “Berloga,” in which the main character is a bear.

“We want to make this project a federal scale. These are centers of innovation, children's innovation. We support this project from a budget,” the Head of the Republic emphasized.

As he said, the goal is to tear children from horror stories. Bashkortostan was the first in Russia to create a playground where children could play and develop creatively, adding new stories and characters.
