Head of Bashkortostan signed decree on holding International Festival “Bashkort Aty”

In Bashkortostan, the festival of horses of the Bashkir breed “Bashkort Aty” will be held annually internationally. The corresponding decree of the Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan was published on the legal information portal.

The festival is organized to preserve and develop the traditions of horse breeding, kumis making, and folk crafts in the Republic of Bashkortostan, increase the number of horses, and popularize the Bashkir horse breed. The location of the annual event is the Baymaksky district of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

According to the document, the organizing committee's composition for the festival's preparation and holding has been approved. The organizing committee is required to support the plan for preparing and holding the festival annually before June 1.

The administrations of Abzelilovsky, Baymaksky, Beloretsky, Burzyansky, Zilairsky, Zianchurinsky, and Uchalinsky districts and the administration of Sibay are recommended to assist the organizing committee in preparing and holding the festival. Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Belarus - Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov was appointed responsible for organizing and maintaining the festival.
