In Russia, it will be easier to sell apartments purchased with maternity capital
In Russia, they plan to simplify the procedure for selling an apartment purchased using maternity capital. State Duma deputies intend to consider the corresponding bill in the first reading.
After the adoption of the law, it will be possible to exchange an apartment purchased with a mortgage with the help of maternity capital for a new one faster and more profitably, and in some cases, the approval of the guardianship authorities will not be needed. There may still be no children’s share in the mortgaged apartment.
Previously, in Bashkiria, the monthly payment from maternity capital increased to 13,340 rubles.
