In Bashkiria, 155 beds have been deployed for the treatment of COVID-19. The available bed capacity is 25.2%. Acting Minister of Health of the Republic Robert Ishtukov announced this today at an operational meeting of the government.
As the Bashinform News Agency previously reported, a week ago - on January 29 - 205 beds were ready to receive COVID-19 patients in the region, the accessible bed fund was 40%, on January 22, 265 beds were deployed in the republic, the accessible bed fund was 31%.
Let us remind you that COVID-19 cases dropped to 78 in the republic over the past weekend. According to the republic's regional Ministry of Health, as of February 5, 125 patients are being treated in hospitals for COVID-19, including 64 people aged 60 years and older. 1,804 residents are receiving outpatient treatment, of which 784 are elderly, the Bashinform News Agency reported.
