Ufa resident Ildar Khamitov will take part in “Leaders of Russia” competition super-final

Ildar Khamitov, head of the strategic management and development department of Bashkirenergo LLC, takes part in the super final of the fifth management competition, “Leaders of Russia” - the flagship project of the presidential platform “Russia is a Land of Opportunities.”

“This is a management competition, which is what I am. The competition allows you to test your leadership and management skills and understand in which direction you should develop as a leader. The competition also allows you to meet and contact representatives of other regions, learn from their experience, and discover their problems - perhaps your expertise will help them. The company I work for is an infrastructure company. Its activities contribute to the industrial development of the Republic of Bashkortostan,” Ildar Khamitov told Bashinform News Agency.

Ildar Khamitov is a native of Ufa and has been working at Bashkirenergo since 2013.

Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that on February 22–25, the super final of the fifth management competition, “Leaders of Russia,” will be held at the Moscow Manege. The agency’s interlocutor noted that he did a particular case at the regional stage with the team. The super final will traditionally take place in the format of intensive networking and a business game, where participants, working in teams, will demonstrate their business and personal qualities and undergo a comprehensive assessment of key management roles.

Contestants will have to work on management cases prepared by professional experts specifically for this event and prove themselves in situations that arise in the real lives of managers.
