Public services users in Bashkiria have reached 95%
In Bashkiria, by the end of 2023, the share of residents who use various government services has reached 95%. The government of the republic spoke about this. It is noted that the growth was 6% compared to the year before last year.
“The republic’s indicator also exceeded the average values of other regions, where, as in Bashkortostan, electronic interaction in providing public services to citizens is well established. We actively use the mechanism for obtaining online government services when conducting business and resolving private issues,” commented Gennady Razumikin, Minister of Digital Development of Public Administration of the Republic.
As the head of the department emphasized, today, more than 2.8 million residents of the region, or 75% of the population over 14 years old, receive online services.
Previously, 19,655 electronic birth certificates were issued in Bashkiria.
