19,655 electronic birth certificates were issued in 2023 in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the civil registry offices of the republic issued 19,655 electronic birth certificates in 2023. According to the regional cabinet, the largest number of registrations of newborns through the online service “Birth of a Child” is recorded in the civil registry offices of Ufa and Sterlitamak, as well as in Neftekamsk, Tuymazy, and the Tuymazinsky district.

Superservice allows parents to register a child using medical birth certificates in electronic form without a personal visit to civil registry offices.

“The civil registry office system is constantly being improved. The civil registry offices of the republic are leaders in the “Birth of a Child” super service among the regions of Russia. This service will help parents save at least 12 hours and save them from completing about 60 paper documents. With the help of the super service, it will be possible to issue an electronic birth certificate, SNILS, INN, compulsory medical insurance policy, certificate of registration at the place of residence, as well as a certificate for maternity capital,” notes Vladimir Spele, Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic for Justice Affairs.

Let us remind you that, if desired, the family can also obtain a birth certificate stamp from the Civil Registry Office. To do this, when applying to the State Services, they must select the item confirming the applicant’s desire to receive a paper birth certificate from the civil registry office.
