Head of Bashkortostan congratulated young people on Russian Student Day
The head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, congratulated the youth on Russian Students’ Day and Tatyana’s Day.
As Radiy Khabirov emphasized, student years are a fantastic time of searching and opening new horizons.
Today, more than 100 thousand students from Bashkiria, other regions of Russia, and foreign countries study at the republic's universities. Young people actively manifest themselves in scientific developments and innovative projects, participate in academic mobility programs and volunteer movements, successfully implement their start-ups and ambitious projects, win grants, and win professional and creative competitions and sports competitions.
Currently, three Bashkir universities are participating in the Priority 2030 program. The Ufa University of Science and Technology has an advanced engineering school, “Motors of the Future”. Local universities actively participate in the federal project “University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform.”
