Government agency employees will increase their salaries in Bashkiria
By decree of the government of Bashkiria, from January 1, 2024, the size of the base unit for determining the minimum salary for professional qualification groups increases by 1.185 times.
Minimum salaries for employees of government agencies are indexed, taking into account the base unit of 4885 rubles.
The salaries of employees of government institutions operating in the provision of state, municipal, and other services on the “one window” principle are also indexed 1.185 times.
The Ministry of Finance must determine the sources of expenses, as stated in the document.
Another government decree, from January 1, 2024, increases by 1.055 times the amount of monetary remuneration for persons holding municipal positions, monthly official salaries, and bonuses to official wages for the class rank of municipal employees. Local budgets provide costs.
As Bashinform News Agency reported, this year, the salaries of public sector workers are tentatively increasing by 18.5%.
