Bashkiria awaits innovations in socio-economic sphere

On his Telegram channel, Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov spoke about innovations in federal legislation relating to the socio-economic sphere and how Bashkiria will work in these areas.

2024 has been declared the Year of Family in Russia. In this regard, the work of the Bashkortostan government team will consist of two main blocks. The first is activities to popularize family values and the institution of family. The second is a set of measures to improve the situation of families with children. It is necessary to take special control of the demographic situation in Bashkortostan and support parents with many children. Bashinform News Agency previously spoke about what the Year of the Family in Bashkiria will be like.

“Also, by decree of the Russian government, the Program of State Guarantees for free medical care was approved. It will be valid for three years. For patients who have suffered from coronavirus, in-depth medical examination has been introduced for a year after the disease. Medical examinations will also be carried out for citizens of reproductive age. Palliative patients, including veterans of special military operations, will be able to receive free psychological assistance and special therapeutic nutrition. The Ministry of Health of Bashkortostan needs to clearly and quickly ensure the program's implementation,” wrote Andrey Nazarov.

The Prime Minister also noted that measures have been taken to improve the infrastructure of rural agglomerations. The maximum state support for implementing one rural improvement project has been increased to 3 million rubles. In addition, since the beginning of the year, some procedures for the mechanism for integrated development of territories have been simplified. In particular, the process for construction by operators of integrated development of territories has been regulated. Now, they can be created by both federal, regional, and local authorities. The powers for implementing projects by national development institutions - the Territory Development Fund Company and the joint-stock company DOM.RF - were clarified.
