

A “Unified Contact Center” state system will be created in Bashkiria. The resolution, signed by the Republic's Prime Minister, Andrey Nazarov, was published on the official legal information internet portal. The system operator will be the regional Ministry of Digital Development.
The system is being created for the operational interaction of citizens and businesses with the republican authorities in the areas of health protection and socio-economic development, entrepreneurship, public safety, social assistance, prevention and elimination of crisis and emergencies, as well as the development of the investment attractiveness of the region, the document says. It must be put into operation by February 28, 2025.
The state system will combine the situational center of the region, a single logistics center for assisting mobilized people and volunteers, monitor citizens' need to receive social and other types of assistance and deal with solving business problems.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that residents of Bashkiria can get advice on social issues at the Unified Federal Contact Center.
