5.5 billion rubles will be allocated for apartment building overhaul in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of Bashkiria announced plans to renovate apartment buildings in the region and the indicators that must be achieved for the main types of work. It is noted that the short-term plan for 2024 provides for completing 792 types of work in 727 apartment buildings for 5.5 billion rubles.

Co-financing of the overhaul program is provided from the republican budget for 702 million rubles. Of these, 430 million rubles will be spent on major repairs of roofs, and 272 million rubles will be spent on replacing elevators that have reached their standard service life.

In 2024, it is planned to repair the roofs of 368 houses and the facades of 33 houses, replace 433 elevators in 179 houses, and install communal meters in 24 houses. In addition, water supply and sewerage systems will be repaired in 46 houses; heating systems will be repaired in 11 houses; electricity supply will be repaired in 47 houses; gas supply will be restored in 23 houses; and attic floors will be insulated in 15 houses.

Previously, Bashinform News Agency reported that in 2023, significant repairs were made in 662 houses in Bashkiria.
