Republican Ministry of Health summed up “Zemsky Doctor” program results in 2023

The Ministry of Health of Bashkiria summarized the results of the Zemsky Doctor program in 2023. According to the department, last year, under the Zemstvo Doctor program in the republic, 83 doctors received 1.5 million rubles, and 62 doctors received 1 million rubles each. Also, 49 paramedics, midwives, and nurses received 750 thousand rubles each, and their 19 colleagues received 500 thousand rubles each.

In addition, under the “Zemstvo Paramedic” program, 33 more paramedics (obstetricians) received 500 rubles each.

Let us remind you that compensation payments to doctors are provided under the “Zemsky Doctor” and “Zemsky Paramedic” programs as part of the “Healthcare” national project.

Doctors can receive 1 million rubles, paramedics, midwives, and nurses - 500 thousand rubles each. If settlements are located in remote and hard-to-reach areas, compensation increases to 1.5 million and 750 thousand rubles, respectively.

In 2023, the federal budget allocated about 6 billion rubles for payments to health workers under the Zemsky Doctor and Zemsky Paramedic programs.
