Bashkiria is “Heroes of Fatherland” patriotic project winner in Volga Federal District

The Republic of Bashkortostan took first place among the regions of the Volga Federal District in one of the nominations of the district patriotic project “Heroes of Fatherland”. The diploma of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov, and the winner’s statuette, the chief federal inspector for the Republic, Alexei Kasyanov, handed over today to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic, Irek Sagitov, under whose supervision patriotic work is being carried out in the region.

The award ceremony took place at the regional reception of the head of state on behalf of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation, in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov. It was also attended by lawyers, journalists, social workers, and civil servants. They were awarded letters of gratitude from the Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative and the Chief Federal Inspector for the Republic.
