More than 500 people fell ill with COVID-19 per day in Bashkiria
The republic's Ministry of Health reported that 507 residents in Bashkiria fell ill with COVID-19 over the past 24 hours. According to the department, 255 patients are undergoing inpatient treatment today, of which 112 are over 60. 3,576 people are being treated at home, of which 1,559 are elderly.
With recovery from COVID-19, doctors discharged 920 people from medical institutions.
Let us add that there is an increase in the number of people infected with COVID-19 in the republic. Yesterday, the regional Ministry of Health reported 497 cases of diagnosis. In addition, one patient died from COVID-19 over the weekend. Deaths from COVID-19 were also recorded on December 13, 14, and 15, the Bashinform News Agency reported.
