12 bridges and 17 road sections were repaired in Bashkiria
The head of the road management department of Bashkiria, Artem Shamkhalov, said that in the past year, 78 kilometers of roads were renewed in the region. Work at 17 sites was carried out on the instructions of the Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov.
In addition, specialists overhauled and reconstructed 12 bridges.
As Artem Shamkhalov added, to ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the road system in cold weather, 30 thousand tons of salt, 110 thousand tons of sand, and 150 thousand tons of sand-salt mixture were prepared. And on the ascents, descents, and other dangerous sections, they placed boxes with sand.
It was previously reported that due to frost, public utilities in Bashkiria are working in increased mode.
