

State Duma deputies adopted a law on improving interaction between participants in the educational process in the second and third readings. According to the document, schoolchildren will be prohibited from using mobile phones during lessons. Exceptions will be made in emergency cases.
As Speaker of Parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin wrote on his Telegram channel, “Parents and teachers asked to support this norm. The decision taken will improve the quality of education for our children.”
The law also provides for the return of labor lessons to schools as a compulsory subject.
Earlier, it was reported that the Ministry of Education’s ban on using smartphones in lessons is supported by 81% of parents from Ufa.
