Ufa 450th anniversary celebrations are planned to be held in late summer 2024
During the “Direct Line,” the Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov said when it is planned to hold celebrations in honor of the 450th anniversary of Ufa. Although City Day is celebrated on June 12, festive events are scheduled to occur at the end of August.
“We have a proposal to hold celebrations at the end of August. I don’t want to announce the exact date yet. This has to do with inviting guests. The anniversary objects will be ready by the beginning of autumn,” said Radiy Khabirov.
The Head of Bashkiria also spoke about the prospects for the Ufa Arbat, which should be located on October Revolution Street. There is a need to reconstruct 90 houses and improve the streets. The installation of utility networks and other rough work has now been completed. According to Radiy Khabirov, complete street reconstruction will cost 2.5 billion rubles. We already have 1 billion rubles for these purposes.
