There has never been such an abundance of heavy medical equipment in Bashkiria. The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, stated this on the Direct Line. Now, under sanctions, we have to purchase medical equipment not from Europe but from the USA.
Health Minister Ayrat Rakhmatullin said that this year, more than 4,000 equipment units were purchased as part of modernization, of which 44 are CT, MRI, fluorographs, and mammographs.
“I recently spoke with the chief doctor of Kumertau. He says: “Thank you for the angiograph.” Previously, you had to go and stand in line, but now the simplest operation is already done there,” said the Head of the Republic.
He noted that the problem is that if some equipment does not work, some unit breaks down, and you have to purchase a new one.
