Head of Bashkiria told how he forms his team

During the “Direct Line”, the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, spoke about his team, its formation, and who can get into it.

“Now a competent team has been formed that has proven its performance in emergencies: COVID-19, SMO. We don’t have a single head of a municipality who has not traveled to the SMO zone; this is a sign of quality. The team's core has been formed, but it is changing. Some are tired, some are getting older, but worthy people are in it. For example, the head of the Kuyurgazinsky district volunteers for the SMO. Thanks to those who can make such decisions,” said Radiy Khabirov.

The head of Bashkortostan noted that those who cannot cope with their responsibilities leave. He emphasized that his team is mainly “local” - natives of different regions of Bashkiria. Khabirov noted that Boris Belyaev and Ramzil Kucharbaev “will get a second chance.”

“When Belyaev returns, we will talk and decide where he can work. He is an active person. We'll find him a job. It’s the same with Kucherbaev,” said Radiy Khabirov.

The situation is different with Rostislav Murzagulov (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia)

“He has passed the point of no return associated with breaking the law,” said Radiy Khabirov.

Concluding his answer, the head of the Republic of Belarus noted that life cannot be perceived only in black and white. When working with people who, as you know, can make mistakes, you need to be careful.
