Navigation season has ended in Bashkiria

The navigation season has officially ended in Bashkiria, reports the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations press service. In total, during the period of navigation in the republic, 301 people were brought to administrative responsibility for failure to comply with the rules for ensuring the safety of passengers, operating small vessels, and navigation.

Experts note that despite the end of the season, some still go out on the water at their own risk. Due to the low temperature of the water, when you fall into it, the chances of getting out on your own are much lower than in the summer. Fall boating trips are more dangerous due to changeable and cold weather.

On October 23 in Ufa, they announced the end of the passenger navigation season, except for two crossings. In connection with the reconstruction of the Shakshinsky Bridge, the operation of the Knyazevo and DOK cargo-passenger crossings has been extended until November 1, 2023.
