Gennady Shatalov thanked Bashkiria for popularizing republican brands

Chairman of the Board of the Region PR Public Relations Development Fund, founder of the National Russian Event Awards, the All-Russian Tourist Award “Route of the Year”, and the All-Russian Competition “Tourist Souvenir” Gennady Shatalov thanked the leadership of Bashkortostan for organizing the International Ethno tourism Forum. He also noted that the final competition for the All-Russian Tourism Award “Route of the Year” occurs within the forum framework. This year, 270 industry projects from 56 regions of the country are participating in it, including 48 applications from Bashkortostan.

“We see the republic's serious steps to strengthen the tourism industry. In April 2024, we plan to organize the first thematic forum. We want to present Bashkortostan at its site with the wonderful “Bashkir Longevity” program. Many thanks to Radiy Khabirov for the work done. The Bashkortostan experience interests many regions; we have much to learn from you. And special thanks for popularizing republican brands - Bashkir honey and Bashkir horse. These are correct examples of promoting the territory and its unique features,” said Gennady Shatalov at the forum's opening.
