Alexey Kasyanov met with “iVolga” Youth Forum winners in Ufa

On the territory of the youth space “Yeshlek House”, the chief federal inspector for the region, Alexey Kasyanov, met with the winners of the youth forum of the Volga Federal District “iVolga”.

The meeting with the creative youth of Bashkiria took place on behalf of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov.

Before the meeting, Alexey Kasyanov toured the exhibition of the achievements of the republic's innovators. In 2023, the Bashkiria team won eight grants to implement their projects worth more than 3.2 million rubles, taking fourth place among the 14 regions of the district.

This year, more than 2,500 people took part in the forum. A delegation of 136 students represented Bashkiria. Key events of “iVolga” are the All-Russian competition of youth projects and the competition of grants from the Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Civil Society Institutions.

The defense of the projects took place with the participation of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov.

The guys have already figured out where to use the grant money - to promote their ideas. Thus, the jury valued the project of software engineer Oleg Shiryaev - “Scientific Takeoff” - at 800 thousand rubles. Ufa resident Nikita Adaev from Ufa won 850 thousand rubles. He proposed holding a youth forum of creative industries, “Yashlek-FEST”, to introduce schoolchildren to modern and creative professions. Forum residents told Alexey Kasyanov about their impressions of the trip to the Samara region and plans for the future.

The Chief Federal Inspector addressed the Chairman of the State Committee of the Republic for Youth Policy, Yana Gaiduk, with a request to allow the maximum number of residents of the region to participate in projects in the Volga Federal District.
