Current city population has become known in Bashkiria
Bashkir Statistical Agency has published current data on the population of cities in Bashkiria. The most populated city was Ufa, where 1,180,979 people live.
In second place is Sterlitamak, where almost 280 thousand people live. In third place is Salavat, with a population of 147,296 inhabitants.
As Bashinform News Agency clarified, 147,296 and 116,282 people live in Neftekamsk and Oktyabrsky, respectively.
The city with the smallest number of inhabitants is Agidel, where only 14 thousand people are registered.
In total, there are 4,077,600 inhabitants in our republic.
