Bashkiria will present its tourism potential at international exhibition in Moscow

Moscow exhibition complex "Expocentre" will host the "LEISURE" international forum exhibition on September 12-14. This largest industry event has been running for almost three decades. The key theme of the forum this year is “Code of the Future”. During the event, leading industry experts will assess the events and changes that have taken place in the tourism industry over the past year, analyze support measures, and identify new trends in tourism development in the country.

The forum is traditionally held in early autumn and marks the onset of the autumn-winter season. Delegations from more than 50 regions of Russia and over 15 foreign countries will take part in its work. They will present their best tourism products to colleagues and all participants. Traditionally, at least 70 tourism leaders of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and more than 300 companies - representatives of the regional tourism business personally participate among the forum participants.

Bashkiria will present an authentic yurt at the exhibition. At the stand of the republic, tour operators and representatives of local businesses will present novelties of the upcoming tourist season: winter routes, ethnic tours, ski and snowmobile tours, and much more. At the 2022 forum, the stand of Bashkiria was in the center of visitors' attention to the exhibition, and the republic was called "a novelty of the tourist season." Bashinform News Agency previously spoke about how Bashkiria is becoming attractive to tourists.

The LEISURE International Forum-Exhibition is supported by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the State Duma Committee on Physical Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth Affairs, the Russian Geographical Society, and industry associations. The partner region of the forum in 2023 will be Kuzbass, and the partner city will be St. Petersburg.
