International Geological Championship will provide incentives for industry development in Bashkiria

The 1st International Geological Championship “GeoChallenge” will be held in Bashkiria from September 16 to 22, organized to popularize the correct use of resources and environmental education of young people, assist in solving issues of personnel shortage in the industry and the need for a transition to rational subsoil use.

The organizers of the large-scale event are confident that the championship will open a new chapter in the movement's history and provide qualified young specialists for enterprises of the industry of the modern generation.

As previously reported by Bashinform News Agency, the geologist’s tournament will be held in Ufa and the territories of the Chishminsky, Arkhangelsky, Ishimbaysky, and Gafuriysky districts. The opening will occur on September 17 at the Bashkortostan State Concert Hall. “GeoChallenge” is carried out on the initiative of the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, with the support of Rosnedra.
