The Ministry of Transport approved the updated rules for traveling on trains. They will come into effect on September 1, 2023.
Now, citizens who refuse to undergo inspection at the entrance to passenger infrastructure facilities will not be allowed to enter them. It is forbidden to use musical instruments and sound amplification devices (except for headphones and hearing aids) along the route.
Passengers of the upper shelves have the right to sit at a table near the lower rack for meals - for 30 minutes in the morning and evening, as well as for one hour at lunch. Small dogs without a cage or container can only be transported according to the rules for large dogs - on the floor of a separate compartment, in muzzles, with a leash, and under the owner's control.
It is forbidden to disembark a stowaway passenger under the age of 16 from the train - controllers or employees of the train crew are obliged to transfer it to representatives of the internal affairs bodies. An expired passport can be used for 90 days.
