

The Ministry of Health of Bashkiria proposed a draft program to modernize healthcare facilities in Ufa. The document is published on the official website of the department for public discussion.
Earlier, the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, instructed the government and the Ministry of Health of the region to develop a plan for the phased modernization of Ufa's primary healthcare system and ensure its funding from the budget. He also instructed to determine the list of clinics that need significant repairs in the very first place, Bashinform News Agency wrote.
As follows from the draft document, according to preliminary calculations, more than 10.4 billion rubles will be spent on the modernization of polyclinics in Ufa over six years. Of these, 500 million rubles will be allocated for the modernization program in 2024, and 1.7 billion rubles in 2025; in 2026 — 2.5 billion rubles; in 2027 — 2.5 billion rubles; in 2028 — 1.6 billion rubles; in 2029 - 1.5 billion rubles.
The program involves working out several key areas: the renewal of the transport fleet, the purchase of new clinical diagnostic equipment, the overhaul of existing clinics, and the construction of hospitals. In particular, a new clinic will appear in the Demsky district. A potential site for it has already been identified.
