Bashkiria was included in the rating of regions published by the Russian Ministry of Health, where best practices have been introduced to attract medical personnel. Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov announced this on his official social media accounts, Bashinform News Agency reports.
The Prime Minister also said that this year a decree was signed, thanks to which doctors of small medical institutions can receive three million rubles. Therapists, pediatricians, general practitioners, specialists from other regions, or graduates of medical universities who are employed in healthcare institutions of the republic no earlier than 2021 can count on the payment.
The doctor should not have unfulfilled targeted training obligations. In the first three years of work, they will partly receive compensation payments. At the same time, the doctor must work continuously for at least 5 years under an employment contract.
Another example of best practice is being implemented in the Duvansky district, where a pilot project has been launched to build housing, which health workers receive under a housing contract.
The construction is financed by the federal and regional budgets, as well as by the employer. After 5 years of operation, housing can be purchased as a property at a price not exceeding 10% of its value, and after 10 years - at a price not exceeding 1% of the purchase price of housing.
“We will continue to support our medical workers. This is our gratitude for their work and service to the cause,” summed up Andrey Nazarov.
