Prime Minister of Bashkiria Andrey Nazarov congratulated builders on their professional holiday

Regarding housing commissioning for the year's first half, Bashkiria ranked 8th in the country and 2nd in the Volga Federal District. Bashinform News Agency learned about this from the Telegram channel of the Prime Minister of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov.

So, for 6 months of 2023, 1.6 million square meters of housing were commissioned, which is 5.6% more than in January-June last year, 20.1 thousand apartments were built. In the structure of housing construction, the share of housing built by the population at their own expense and with the help of loans amounted to 65.3% (in January-June 2022 - 63.9%). These are 8.7 thousand individual residential buildings. That is 7.9% higher than the same period last year.

One of the key areas of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment" is reducing the emergency fund and relocating citizens to comfortable housing. Since 2019, more than 90 thousand square meters of emergency housing have been settled in the republic, and almost 8 thousand citizens have moved to new housing. Planned indicators for 2023 were exceeded by 1.6 times.

New territories of Ufa are being actively developed - "Zabelye" and "Southern Gates", they will provide another 16 million square meters of housing. Zaufimiye is under development, amounting to another 7 million residential areas. Federal funds are actively involved in the development of engineering infrastructure.

So, as part of the Stimulus program, since 2019, our region has received more than 12 billion rubles and has become a leader in the country. 19 infrastructure facilities have been built. Since the beginning of the year, three objects have been commissioned in Ufimsky districts, Salavat and Oktyabrsky. By the end of 2024, they plan to commission 12 more.

Work continues to restore the rights of equity holders affected by unscrupulous developers. By the end of the year, 15 troubled houses will be completed, and about 1.5 thousand people will receive the keys to their apartments.

Andrey Nazarov noted that all the achievements would not have been possible without the workers of the construction industry, who celebrate their professional holiday today.
