Unified Republican Center for radiation diagnostics will be created in Bashkiria
A single Republican Center for radiation diagnostics will be created in Bashkiria, based on the Kuvatov Regional Clinical Hospital. This was announced by the Minister of Health of the Republic at the operational Government meeting.
According to Airat Rakhmatullin, all data from MRI, CT, X-ray, mammography, and fluorography images will be entered into a single database. The Center's specialists will decipher them and not local doctors. This will optimize the process and create a unified Republican digital research archive.
As a pilot project, the system is being introduced into the work of the city hospital of Neftekamsk and polyclinic No. 46 in Ufa.
“The idea is that the patient is conditionally somewhere in Beloretsk, and a special center in Ufa studies the image. It's economical. And most importantly, we collect competencies in a single center. The specialist has CT or MRI data; accordingly, he needs to decipher them,” said Radiy Khabirov.
