Bashkiria and Belarus will launch project to provide duplicate documents

Residents of Russia and Belarus will be able to request repeated certificates and certificates issued by the registry offices of the two countries through the MPSC of Bashkiria and the One Window service in Minsk. This will be possible thanks to the implementation of a joint pilot project, the roadmap of which was developed by the government of Bashkiria as part of a working visit of a delegation of the Minsk City Executive Committee of the Republic of Belarus to Ufa to discuss the practical implementation of projects for the joint provision of public services in the "One window" mode. This was reported to Bashinform News Agency in the press service of the government of Bashkiria.

According to Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkiria Azamat Abdrakhmanov, the implementation of the project will significantly simplify the process of obtaining important socially significant documents. With the current procedure for requesting such documents, the processing time takes about 6 months; as a result of the project, it will be reduced to 14 days.

Recall that on the sidelines of the X Forum of Regions of Russia and Belarus, which was held in Ufa from June 26 to 28, 2023, the government of Bashkiria and the Minsk City Executive Committee signed a memorandum of intent to exchange experience in the provision of state and municipal services.
