Procedures list required for construction will be reduced to 350 in Russia by 2030

By 2030, the necessary procedures for Russia's investment and construction cycle will be reduced to 350. This was announced at the All-Russian Anti-Corruption Forum in Ufa by Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the country Sergey Muzychenko. According to him, in 2023, their list should be 650.

“Today, for an investor to go from an idea to putting an object on cadastral registration, you must spend much time and go through many processes. There were many procedures where actions were not regulated at all, rather cyclical, duplicating tasks that needed to be completed with various bodies and departments. The downward trend has been going on since 2019 when there were 1168 procedures, and in 2021 there were 989 of them, in 2022 - 751, and in 2024 it will reach 600,” Sergey Muzychenko explained.

According to the speaker, this result can be achieved by digitalization and eliminating unnecessary requirements. It should be noted that the discussion was held within the framework of the panel section "Sectoral, regional and corporate mechanisms for combating corruption", which was moderated by Ruslan Sharafutdinov, chief editor of Bashinform News Agency.

Recall that the anti-corruption forum is being held at the Toratau Congress Hall in the capital with more than 500 representatives of federal and regional authorities of the banking and corporate sectors and universities, Bashinform News Agency reported.
