Radiy Khabirov thanked Bashkiria residents for their hospitality during Russian-Belarusian Forum

Summing up the results of the X Anniversary Forum of the Regions of Russia and Belarus, the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, wrote on social media that the event turned out exactly as planned and thanked the residents of Ufa and the republic.

“Special thanks to the residents of Bashkortostan who came from all over the republic to participate in the festival. Thanks for their hospitality,” wrote Radiy Khabirov.

He noted that the republic proved to be a welcoming and vibrant region of Russia, which can host events of this level.

“Besides business and cultural programs, we showed the guests our Ufa, our Bashkortostan in all its glory. They were delighted with monuments, museums, cuisine, and traditions. Thanks to Valentina Matvienko, Chairman of the Federation Council of Russia, for appreciating the work of our team in preparing the forum. She asked me to convey her gratitude to everyone who participated in the organization, including volunteers, including silver ones. I pass. Thanks to Natalya Kochanova, Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, and the entire delegation from this country for participating in the forum, for the prospect of cooperation and the warmth of relations,” the Head of Bashkiria noted.

Radiy Khabirov appreciated the forum’s importance in developing interregional cooperation, including economics. In particular, more than 100 agreements and memorandums have been signed in Ufa, a third of them on the part of Bashkiria.

“The Republic will exchange experience with colleagues from Minsk in providing state and municipal services. Agreements with the Minsk Tractor Plant and Gomselmash will strengthen the farmers with high-quality agricultural equipment,” Radiy Khabirov shared.
