Student scientific society of Ufa won 5 million rubles grant

The Student Scientific Society of the Ufa University of Science and Technology (Scientific Society of Young Researchers of the Institute of Law) became a finalist in the competition of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, winning a grant of 5 million rubles and taking 3rd place in the highest category.

“This is a good result for the republic, based on the fact that 273 universities from 76 regions of Russia participated in the competition. With the help of the grant, at the end of September in Ufa, our community will hold a large-scale youth forum, “Student Science in the Heart of Eurasia”, as well as training courses, master classes, and competitions of scientific works. It is planned to involve more than 4,000 students in research activities, who will receive additional support for research in the form of business trips to scientific conferences, publication of articles, and material incentives,” Maxim Zabelin, Chief of Staff of the Head of Bashkortostan, said on his social media page.

The winners were awarded in Nizhny Novgorod at the All-Russian Congress of Young Scientists.
