Russia is considering winter and summer time return possibility
In Russia, they are considering the possibility of returning to winter and summer time. According to RIA Novosti, a bill on the return of summertime will be submitted to the State Duma on the day of the summer solstice, June 21.
Recall that the change of summer and winter time was discontinued in 2011. On the night of March 27, 2011, the Russians turned their clocks forward one hour for the last time and switched to constant daylight saving time.
